Insights Engine Access Token Creation 🎟️

This guide outlines the process of obtaining an Insights Engine (IE) authentication token. This token is essential for accessing Insights Engine's platform features and APIs.

Token Details

  • Validity: 1 month
  • Usage: Used in POST request headers for authentication
  • Issuer: Pushkal or Rishabh (Insights Engine team)

Steps to Obtain the Token

  1. Prepare Your Request 📝

    • Identify your project or application name
    • Determine the specific IE model or services you need access to
    • Estimate your expected usage frequency and volume

  2. Compose an Email 📧

    • To: Pushkal or Rishabh (contact details below)
    • Subject: "Request for Insights Engine Authentication Token"
    • Body:
      • Introduce yourself and your role
      • State your project/application name
      • Explain which IE model or services you need access to
      • Provide your estimated usage details
      • Include any relevant deadlines or timeframes

  3. Send the Email 🚀

  4. Await Response ⏳

    • The IE team will review your request
    • Response time may vary, but typically within 1-3 business days

  5. Receive Your Token 🔑

    • Upon approval, you will receive an email with your IE authentication token
    • The email will include the token string and any usage instructions

  6. Store Your Token Securely 🔒

    • Save the token in a secure location
    • Do not share the token with unauthorized individuals

Token Renewal

  • Your token will expire after 1 month
  • To renew, repeat the request process before your current token expires
